The initial kick-off meeting of the ECOWET project (“Efficient Coupling Of Water and Energy Technologies for Smart Sustainable Cities”) german partners of consortium, fortiss and Sonnen GmbH, was successfully completed in Munich, Germany on 16th of April, 2018. The meeting facilitated partner introductions and provided an insight into core competencies of the partners. It also allowed a detailed discussion of user storeis and project activities. 

During the meeting, partners had the opportunity to discuss various project tasks related to first work package. Discussion topics included the product & Project portfolio of the partners, existing infrastructure at GIFT city (project test bed), project coordination activities and next steps.

The next meeting of the project of all the partners of the consortium is in Munich (at fortiss) in June 2018, where progress and milestones achieved will be reviewed.
